The Equity Stewardship pathway is a systemic collaborative inquiry model that builds capacity for cultural competence and culturally responsive and sustaining practice through courageous, student-centered leadership focused on the four core elements of Equity Stewardship.

Youth Equity Stewardship (YES)

YES, our student-facing pathway, fosters multi-generational collaboration through music, movement and the visual arts to activate a “head and heart connection”. Our goal is to create a student-led advisory to address complex educational challenges using an asset-based, solution-oriented process that drives continuous improvement. 

Let’s build a shared learning space where all members of the community can get real; get real about the challenges of our time, current and future obstacles to our learners, and ways in which we will overcome these challenges.
