YES! An innovative approach for equity.
Youth Equity Stewardship (YES) creates an arts based, hands-on, intergenerational educational experience that activates sustained partnerships. Together we will build a shared learning space where all members of the community can get real; get real about the challenges of our time, current and future obstacles to our learners, and ways in which we will overcome those challenges.

Learning Goals
Over a series of experiential sessions, YES! brings a cohort of students and adults together to:
- co-construct norms and ways of being for productive, transformative dialogue
- honor the stories and lived experiences of their community
- develop relational and systemic dynamics rooted in power among equals
- harness personal and collective creative potential to reduce educational and community inequities
- co-construct a culture that takes care of each member of the community
